Orders and Fulfillment

How long does shipping take?
Most of our products are fulfilled by a third party. Production and shipping times will vary depending on their schedules. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed, it’s sent to our third-party fulfillment team and cannot be canceled.
Can I add or remove items from my order?
Orders cannot be modified once they’re placed. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
What if I need to change my address?
Fulfillment begins as soon as the order is placed, so address changes may not be possible. If your package has already shipped, please contact the carrier or your local post office for assistance.

Will I be charged customs and import fees?
